Variations are paid, sign is up and we have excavation starting next week. Happy days! Heres some pics of our sign, our final plans and final documents.

2nd June 2016- Plumbers onsite, begin sewer encasement
1st June 2016- Fences arrive
1st June 2016- Variation paid seperately: Sewer encasement
30th May 2016- Final colour selections, paint ammendment made
23rd May 2016- Draft End Panel arrives and signed
18th May 2016- Plumbing variation arrives
28th April 2016- Engineer report arrives
11th April 2016- Sydney Water request Engineer report
11th April 2016- Council Approval
15th March 2016- Landscaping plans received
15th March 2016- Colour selection schedule received
3rd March 2016- Tile/Carpet Appointment (Di Lorenzo)
3rd March 2016- Kitchen Appointment (Knebel)
19th February 2016- Colour, Landscape and Electrical Appointments
18th February 2016- Building contract signed after consultation with builder over delays
12th February 2016- Appointment to sign plans, advised CDC is non viable
9th February 2016- Ammended architectural plans arrive
9th February 2016- OSR grant extension sought
22nd January 2016- Architectural Plans Arrive
27th November 2015- Colour folder arrives
24th November 2015-Tender accepted, next deposit paid
23rd November 2015- Updated tender arrives via email
11th November 2015- Meeting with Wisdom Homes, facade change made to tender
11th November 2015- Tender ready for presentation
2nd September 2015- Settlement of land occurs
22nd August 2015- Pay initial deposit, request tender
